Dan is responsible for audits and other types of financial statements and tax returns for manufacturing and real estate businesses. He is a specialist in the area of Low-Income Section 42 apartment projects, rural development projects and partnership taxation. Dan is a licensed CPA in Indiana, Illinois and Arizona and he has a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University. Dan is a member of numerous professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Indiana CPA Society.
John Schick, CPA

John has been with the firm since 1980. His responsibilities include audits, reviews, compilations of multi-family housing, including HUD and RD projects construction and not-for-profits. John has a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Ball State University. He is a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Indiana Society of Certified Public Accountants, and AHACPA. Previously, he served on the INCPAS Real Estate and Construction Industry Committee and the INCPAS Advisory Forum.
Steven E. Silva, CPA

Steve is a Certified Business Appraiser, and a Certified Construction Financial Professional, as well as a CPA. A graduate of Arizona State University, Steve's areas of specialized knowledge include, accounting and auditing, construction industry accounting and taxation, accounting and taxation in the real estate industry, audits of employee benefit plans and valuations of closely held businesses. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Indiana CPA Society (INCPAS), the Institute of Business Appraisers (IBA), and the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA). Steve has been involved as a volunteer with the INCPAS Peer Review Committee, which he chaired from 2003 to 2005, the INCPAS Leadership Cabinet, and the CFMA Accounting and Reporting Committee.
